VP8 (WebM) Windows 용 코덱 1.0.1 업데이트

구글의 공개 코덱 VP8 (WebM ; 윈도우용) 이 업이트 되었습니다.

1.0 버전은 제가 사용하는 녹화 프로그램이 자동종료되었는데, 1.0.1 버전은 자동종료되지 않고 잘 작동하네요.

바뀐 내용

- Release for Windows, linked against libvpx 0.9.5
   1.0 버전은 0.9.2 였음
- Full installer
   1.0 버전은 압축 파일을 풀어서 inf 파일로 설치해야 했음
- Bugfix of crash when images must be padded to 16-byte aligned widths and
  heights. From now on, padding is handled directly by libvpx.
